I've been having these painful bumps, like funsi or foda, popping up on various parts of my body lately. I'm kind of worried because they hurt a lot, and when I visited a local doctor, they mentioned something about it being linked to higher TLC and ESR levels. I'm not sure what all this means. Could you please help me understand if this is really the cause and how I can deal with it?

I've just recently noticed these vertical light pink lines on the nail plate of my middle finger on the left handabout 1mm wide. When I look closely, they seem to be on all my nails. If I press down on them, the lines disappear. Is this something normal, or could it be serious since I've never noticed it before? I'm worried it might be melanoma based on what I've read online. The growing white part of the nails seems shaded because of these lines, and as they grow, they stay the same shaded color. I tried cutting the nail a bit deeper and noticed the band isn't on the skin, just the nail plate. Do you have any idea what this could be? Is it an infection or something I should be concerned about? I did a full medical check-up about five months ago, and everything came back normal.
