I'm dealing with a boil where I've managed to remove the pus, but the core hasn't come out yet. While the pain has gone down, I'm still a bit worried because I've dealt with recurring boils in the past. Right now, I'm dressing it two to three times a day and using Betadine ointment for it. I'm really careful about hygiene when cleaning the boils, but I'm not sure if Betadine is actually good for them. Could you suggest some medicine to help cure the boil and prevent them from coming back?

Hey, I'm trying to figure out if Demelan cream is a good option for dealing with pimples and tan. Could you share your thoughts on that or suggest something else that might work better?
Demelan cream contains a combination of Glycolic acid, Arbutin, and Kojic acid, which can be effective in treating both pimples and tan. You can apply a thin layer of Demelan cream on the affected areas once daily at night. However, it is important to use sunscreen during the day while using this cream to prevent further tanning.
