So, this morning I noticed I had thick yellow sputum with some blood in it, but it only happened once and I haven't had any other symptoms. I'm kinda worried about what might be going on. Is this something serious, or could it just be a random thing? What should I be doing or watching out for?

I'm really concerned about my mom's recent x-ray report. It shows that both of her hila are congested. I'm really worried about my dad, he's 67 and was diagnosed with TB after having pleural effusion in his right lung. He's been prescribed R cinex 600 once a day, pyrazinamide 750 two tablets at once daily, and combutol 1000 once daily by his pulmonologist. I'm just concerned about him taking both of those pyrazinamide tablets at the same time, like the doctor said, especially since he weighs 68 kg. Does this sound right to you?
