I'm dealing with a burning feeling in my food pipe even when I eat simple foods. I also get acid reflux a lot, and sometimes I feel like throwing up when I eat or drink. I've had issues with acidity in the past. What could be causing this, and how can I find relief?

It's been 3 days now, and I'm still struggling with heavy gas and now a sharp pain in my back. Should I consult my doctor again right away, or is there something I can try at home to help with this? My aunt is 65 with grade 2 fatty liver but the doctor didn't prescribe any meds should we be worried or is diet change enough She also has stage 2 CKD and needs gallbladder surgery in October is that safe for her with these conditions
