I'm trying to understand my recent chest X-ray results a bit better. It mentioned that my bilateral lung fields show prominent broncho vascular markings, both hila are likely vascular and prominent, and there's a blunted right CP angle due to pleural effusion or pleural thickening. Should I be worried about these findings? What do these terms really mean for my lung health?

I'm really worried because I've had this cough for about 10 days now. I tried taking Banocide and Zyrcold, but they didn't help. I'm thinking about trying Azax 500, but I'm unsure if it's safe for me to take. Could you give me some advice on this?
