I'm a bit concerned about my 58-year-old patient. We recently did a chest X-ray and the film was reviewed, but even though the Covid RTPCR test came back negative, I'm wondering what else might be causing the symptoms. Could there be something specific we should be looking for or considering?

Tab augmentin duo 625mg ,orally ,thrice daily for 5 days advised to the patient.Also syrup salbutamol 10ml thrice daily for 7 days is advised to the patient.Steam inhalation is also advised twice

It mentioned that my bilateral lung fields show prominent broncho vascular markings, both hila are likely vascular and prominent, and there's a blunted right CP angle due to pleural effusion or pleural thickening.
