I'm worried about a scar or spot on my lungs mentioned during a medical fitness exam. Can you explain what this means? Is it something I should be concerned about?

I'm having some issues with wheezing here in Bangalore. My doctor suggested I take Mon Deslor at night to help. But I'm wondering, if during the day I start feeling uncomfortable because of the wheezing, can I take another dose of Mon Deslor to help with that? I'm also using a puff, so is it okay to combine all this? Just trying to manage this wheezing better.

Mon Deslor is typically taken as prescribed, usually once daily. If you're experiencing wheezing during the day, its better to rely on your prescribed inhaler (puff) for quick relief rather than taking an extra dose of Mon Deslor. I've had this persistent cough for about two weeks now and I've been trying different cough syrups. I started with Benadryl, but it didn't really seem to help. Then, my doctor suggested I try BroZedex, which gave me some relief, but it wasn't perfect. I also used Gokof by Fizikem, which made it a bit better, but the cough is still hanging on. What else can I try to get rid of this cough?

I'm experiencing some wheezing, but it's only happening when I inhale. There's no sound when I exhale, although I do have a bit of trouble with it. The wheezing and breathing issues are really just on the inhale. What could be causing this?

Patient is advised tab augmentin 625 mg ,orally, thrice daily for 7 days, tab levocetrizine 10 mg bedtime for 5 days and syrup salbutamol 10 ml thrice dailly for 7 days .
