I'm dealing with a cold that's been giving me the occasional sneeze and a sore throat, plus sometimes I notice some mucus, which is generally transparent. I'm also experiencing shortness of breath, a heavy feeling in my chest, and generally feeling pretty fatigued. Can you advise me on what might be going on or suggest any steps I should take?

I'm having trouble with my asthma lately. I've been on Seroflo 250 for about 5 years, but it doesn't seem to be helping much anymore. I'm wondering if Foracort 200 might be a better option. What do you think? Is it more effective?
