I'm dealing with a cold that's been giving me the occasional sneeze and a sore throat, plus sometimes I notice some mucus, which is generally transparent. I'm also experiencing shortness of breath, a heavy feeling in my chest, and generally feeling pretty fatigued. Can you advise me on what might be going on or suggest any steps I should take?

View allI'm trying to get a job in Dubai but during the medical exam, they said I was unfit because of bronchi vascular markings in my chest x-rays. I've been on medication for about three weeks but haven't seen any improvement. I did another x-ray and it's still the same. Can you give me advice on what I should do? I really need to clear the medical exam.

I've been having trouble breathing recently and went to see the doctor. He asked me to get an X-ray of my chest and face. The report said my lungs are clear, but I have a lung infection and sinusitis. I'm still struggling to breathe. Could this be small cell lung cancer? I have some symptoms, except for weight loss and coughing up blood or phlegm. It's been going on for a month, even though I'm on meds the doctor prescribed. Should I be worried?
