I'm trying to get a job in Dubai but during the medical exam, they said I was unfit because of bronchi vascular markings in my chest x-rays. I've been on medication for about three weeks but haven't seen any improvement. I did another x-ray and it's still the same. Can you give me advice on what I should do? I really need to clear the medical exam.

I'm struggling with a lot of phlegm in my throat every morning. I have asthma, so sometimes I get short of breath. I've been using nebulisation which helps, but it's not solving the phlegm issue. I've tried making myself vomit to clear my throat, but then I end up with an infection in my esophagus, and I feel like there's still something stuck in my throat after eating. It's making it really hard to eat properly. Can you help me figure out what's going on and what I can do about it?

I've been having some trouble breathing at certain times during the day, but it's weird because when I'm working out at the gym, I don't have any issues. What could this be? Is it something I should be worried about?

I've been dealing with this constant cough and breathing issues for a few days now, even though I'm on a daily dose of Symbicort for my bronchitis asthma. I'm starting to get really worried because I'm not sure what else I can do. Can you recommend a good pulmonologist I could see, or suggest any other steps I might take to help manage this?
