View allI'm really worried about my dad. He's been dealing with this right side pleural effusion for the past two months. We got him a CT scan and thankfully there's no sign of anything serious like cancer or TB. The doctors are thinking it's likely an infection. My dad's 68 and has a heart EF of 25. The blood pleural taping results came back normal too. Do you think a biopsy is necessary for him, and is it safe given his heart condition?
Tab augmentin duo 625mg ,orally ,thrice daily for 5 days advised to the patient. Also syrup salbutamol 10ml thrice daily for 7 days is advised to the patient.Steam inhalation is also advised twice .Biopsy is not necessary.

I'm 24 and have been on anti-tuberculosis meds for a while, and tomorrow is my last day of them. Been super disciplined with my meds, and luckily my tests showed no AFB after two months and my chest X-ray was clear. I'm taking R Cinex 600 and Benaadon 40, and I've been feeling alrightgood appetite, no nausea. But what's been bothering me for the past 45 days is this mild pain in my left chest, plus a dry cough that sometimes comes with phlegm. Is this something to worry about? Could it be related to COVID or is it just a normal thing that happens with TB? I'm really worried.
Normal,nothing to worry ok.

I'm dealing with some breathing issues over the last couple of months. I've tried ECG and echo tests, and I've been taking gastritis tablets every day. My oxygen levels seem fine, like 99 on the oximeter, but the doctors keep saying it's nothing. But I constantly feel like I'm struggling to breathe, like air isn't coming in right through my nose, and there's this pressure in my chest making it hard to breathe properly. Can you help me figure out what's going on?
take steam inhalation
