I'm dealing with this consistent pain running from the back of my left shoulder to my hand, and it's been like this for a month now. I started with severe pain and had to take an injection from an orthopedic doctor. I also went through physiotherapy with heat and IFT for a week. The physiotherapist mentioned I have a muscle spasm, but my orthopedic doctor thinks it might be Fibromygenia. I'm doing exercises every day, but the pain in my left hand gets worse as the day goes on. What do you think is going on? Any advice would be really helpful.

- It sounds like you're dealing with a complex issue involving muscle spasms or possibly fibromyalgia, both of which can cause chronic pain. It's great that you're doing exercises, but persistent pain could be a sign that your body needs more time or a di

View allI'm really worried about my sister's blood test results. Her levels showed 94 instead of being under 20. Plus, her Immuno serology C.R.P is at 9.2 but should be below 6. The total WBC is fine at 11000, and the rest of the results seem normal. Is this something serious? How long might it take for her to get better? Could surgery be necessary? We're hoping for some guidance on what steps to take next. Can you please help?
it appears that your sister may have an elevated ESR (erythrocyte sedimentation rate) of 94, which is higher than the normal range of less than 20. This could indicate inflammation or infection in the body. The C.R.P (C-reactive protein) level of 9.2 is also elevated, suggesting the presence of inflammation. To address this issue, your sister may need to take anti-inflammatory medications such as ibuprofen or naproxen to help reduce the inflammation. In addition, if there is an underlying infection, antibiotics may be necessary. It is important to follow up with a healthcare provider for further evaluation and management. There is no mention of surgery in the information provided, so surgery is not likely to be required to resolve this issue. Recovery time can vary depending on the underlying cause of the elevated ESR and C.R.P levels. It is important for your sister to follow up with her healthcare provider for further testing and treatment as needed. In summary, it is recommended that your sister follow up with a healthcare provider for further evaluation and treatment of the elevated ESR and C.R.P levels. Anti-inflammatory medications and antibiotics may be necessary to address the inflammation or infection. Regular monitoring and follow-up care are important for her recovery."

I'm dealing with this annoying pain in the upper thigh on my left side. It's not super intense, but it's always there and gets on my nerves. There's also some swelling at the top of my thigh compared to the other side, and the pain seems to start there and then moves down to the inner part of my thigh. Ive already done an MRI of my hip and pelvis, and even had my blood tests done everything came back normal except for a vitamin D3 and B12 deficiency. I've been taking vitamin B12 injections and 60k IU of vitamin D3 once a week, but its only been two weeks so far. Im just wondering how long it will take for my vitamin levels to get back to normal. Also, Ive tried physical therapy, but it hasn't really helped with the pain or swelling. Any advice on what I can do next?
