I've been dealing with a throat infection for a month now, and I'm quite worried because my ASO titre levels are sitting at 600 UI. Can you help me understand what this means and suggest any treatments?

I am suffering from throat infection to one month.my aso titrelabel is 600ui.pls suggest treatment Based on your symptoms and ASO titre level, it seems like you may have a streptococcal throat infection. I recommend taking a course of antibiotics to treat the infection. You can take Amoxicillin 500mg three times a day for 7-10 days. Additionally, you can also take Ibuprofen 400mg every 6 hours as needed for pain and inflammation. Make sure to drink plenty of fluids and get plenty of rest to help your body recover.

View allIve been having pain in my knees and the lower part of my feet, and it seems to happen mostly after sex, but at other times, Im okay. This started after I finished treatment for dengue last year, and its been coming and going ever since. Any idea what might be going on or how I can get some relief?
This could be due to general myalgia from muscle strain. You can opt for physiotherapy exercises for stretching the calf and thigh muscles. Cold compress and muscle relaxants can help alleviate the pain.

Lately, I've been having this recurring fever for about a month and a half now, and along with it, there's been this nagging joint and body pain. It's really starting to worry me. Could you advise on what kind of tests I should consider getting done?
Get a complete blood count (CBC) test to check for any signs of infection or inflammation in your body. Additionally, a test for dengue fever or chikungunya may also be considered based on your symptoms. Please consult with your healthcare provider for further evaluation and management.

I was told by the doctor to get an HLA B27 test done, and I'm trying to figure out how much it costs. Also, can you let me know when and where I can get the test report?
The HLA-B27 test is used to help diagnose autoimmune disorders like ankylosing spondylitis. The price of the test can vary depending on the lab or facility where you get it done. You can inquire about the price and schedule the test at any reputable diagnostic center or hospital near you. Once the test is done, the report is usually available within a few days. You can collect the test report from the same place where you got the test done.
