Ive been having pain in my knees and the lower part of my feet, and it seems to happen mostly after sex, but at other times, Im okay. This started after I finished treatment for dengue last year, and its been coming and going ever since. Any idea what might be going on or how I can get some relief?

This could be due to general myalgia from muscle strain. You can opt for physiotherapy exercises for stretching the calf and thigh muscles. Cold compress and muscle relaxants can help alleviate the pain.

View allI'm really worried about my mom's health. About a month ago, her ESR level was really high, around 120, when we took her to the doctor because she kept having back pain. They also told us she had low hemoglobin, and they gave her some meds to bring the ESR down. I just checked today, and it's now at 20, which seems better, but I'm still concerned. What are the chances she might have something serious like blood cancer or arthritis?

My mom's ESR levels are quite high, with readings of 55 mmhr for the first hour and 93 mmhr for the second hour. She's been experiencing a lot of joint, leg, and finger pain. Her blood sugar levels came back normal, so I'm a bit confused about what's going on. Could you help me understand what these symptoms might indicate and what steps we should take next?

I've been dealing with chest pain for a while now, and it sometimes comes with back pain as well. I've seen a few doctors, including an orthopedic, a cardiologist, and a general doctor, but each time they said there's no problem and just gave me painkillers. The pain still hasn't completely gone away. I recently visited a rheumatologist, and they suggested I take Gabapin NT for a month. Is this medication safe to use? I've also read online that it might cause weight gain. Could that be true? I'm a bit worried and would appreciate any advice.
Patient is advised to ootinue tablet gabapin NT once a day for atleast 3 months.
