I'm dealing with this constant itch and pain inside my ear, plus there's this ringing noise that just won't go away. It's been happening for about 23 days now. What could be causing this, and what should I do about it?

Throat pain can be quite uncomfortable.
Before providing a prescription, consider:
- Staying hydrated with warm fluids like tea or broth
- Gargling with salt water
- Using a humidifier
- Avoiding spicy or acidic foods
For relief, you can try:
- Pain relievers like acetaminophen or ibuprofen
- Throat lozenges or sprays containing phenol or menthol
However, for a personalized prescription and proper diagnosis, I strongly recommend consulting a doctor.
