I'm having this issue where water sometimes comes out of my left ear. It's been happening on and off for about two years now. I can't figure out why. The water has a really bad smell, and it's pretty gross. What could be causing this, and what should I do about it?

View allCan FESS with turbinoplasty be done under local anesthesia or is general anesthesia necessary I'm a bit nervous about the procedure and want to know what to expect
FESS (Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery) with turbinoplasty can be done under local or general anesthesia, but the choice of anesthesia depends on the specific procedure and patient's needs. General anesthesia is often preferred for more complex FESS procedures and turbinoplasty, while local anesthesia with sedation may be suitable for less extensive procedures
