I'm having this issue where water sometimes comes out of my left ear. It's been happening on and off for about two years now. I can't figure out why. The water has a really bad smell, and it's pretty gross. What could be causing this, and what should I do about it?

I've had these Circumvallate papillae for about 5 years, and just last Thursday, after dinner, I noticed some new bumps forming behind them. I'm not someone who smokes or drinks. I even attached a couple of images for you to seethe first highlights these bumps in red, located right behind the junction of the Circumvallate papillae, and the second should help pinpoint exactly where they are. It's tough to get an appointment with an ENT right now. I'm just wondering, does this sound normal to you, or should I be worried enough to try harder to see a doctor? I'm dealing with anxiety over this and it's affecting my sleep. I'm really hoping you can help me understand what's going on.

To help reduce inflammation and alleviate any discomfort, you can try using over-the-counter anti-inflammatory medications like ibuprofen. Additionally, you can use a mouth rinse containing chlorhexidine to help with any potential infection. If the symptoms persist or worsen, it is advisable to consult with a doctor for further evaluation and possible prescription of antibiotics or other medications.

I've been dealing with really bad sinus issues for the past few days, and it's causing intense headaches, especially on the left side of my face. The pain is pretty severe, and even though I saw a doctor who prescribed meds, nothing's helping. They mentioned sinus surgery as an option do you perform that? I also have insurance and wanted to check if it's covered. What do you think I should do next?

Intense, left-sided headaches accompanied by sinus issues could indicate a sinus infection or other sinus-related conditions. To manage these symptoms, try saline nasal sprays, warm compresses, and steam inhalation. If symptoms worsen or persist, consult a doctor.

I'm really struggling with this constant cough I've got in my throat; it's there almost all the time and I end up coughing a lot just to clear it. It's getting pretty unbearable for me. Sometimes, I even feel like something is dripping slowly from the top part of my nose. I recently had an NCCT PNS scan done, and my doctor says there's nothing serious going on, just recommended breathing exercises like Pranayam and some jogging, which honestly haven't helped much so far. Before making any more moves, I'd like to get a deeper understanding of what's actually in the report, especially the IMPRESSION part. Can you help explain what the medical findings mean?

share me reports so that i can elaborate about your symptoms
