I'm dealing with this constant pain and pressure inside my ear, and it's really uncomfortable. Can you please guide me on what I can do to relieve it? Are there any home remedies you would recommend for something like this?

Prolonged mouth breathing would cause Dryness of mouth,dental caries etc., surgical correction is the treatment of choice better plan for surgery.

I noticed a small lump under my jaw a few days ago. It doesn't hurt but looks strange. Could this be something serious or is surgery the only way to remove it?
Lump under jaw may be reactive node or cyst; not all need surgery but ultrasound or FNAC can confirm nature—see ENT or surgeon for evaluation.

I'm dealing with this constant production of white mucus, and it just dries up and sticks in my throat. It's making it hard for me to gulp, although eating and drinking are fine. Do you have any idea what's going on or how I might be able to deal with this?
