I'm currently taking Montair LC, Levoflox 500, and Pan40 for a lower respiratory tract infection. I'm wondering if it's okay to also take vitamin tablets, specifically DE, C, and B12, alongside these medications. Would that cause any issues, or is it safe to mix them?

I'm having trouble with my breathing and my doctor mentioned it's bronchial asthma caused by allergies. He suggested using a Budecort 200 inhaler to help me breathe better. I'm just not too sure how many puffs I should be taking each day. Can you help me figure it out?

I'm 67 and had COVID pneumonia last December. It's been a year, and I just got a chest X-ray. The results say something about Blunt rt CP angle Pleural effusion thickening and a few NHD lesions, which might be old infection sequelae. Can you help me understand what all this means? Is it something I should be worried about, or is it normal after having COVID pneumonia?
