I'm dealing with a cough that comes with a lot of balgam, and I'm feeling this really heavy pain in my chest whenever I try to talk. Plus, the coughing is causing some rashes in my throat. What could be going on, and what should I do about it?

The results say something about Blunt rt CP angle Pleural effusion thickening and a few NHD lesions, which might be old infection sequelae. Can you help me understand what all this means? Is it something I should be worried about, or is it normal after having COVID pneumonia?
