I'm dealing with this dry and rough skin issue on my back, right around my spine. The rough patches are starting to spread out over more of my back, and it gets really itchy if I don't apply any skin cream like Fourderm. What's going on, and should I be worried about it spreading further?

I'm a bit concerned because my period is 9 days late, and I'm wondering if it could be related to isotretinoin. I've had irregular periods for the last couple of months since I started seeing a dermatologist for my acne. The acne's cleared up, but now my periods aren't on schedule.
