I'm dealing with a dry cough that's been lingering for the past 7 days. I've been taking montair lc and alex cough syrup, and while there's been some relief, it feels like the cough actually gets worse when I'm at home. Is that normal, or is there something else I should be doing to help with this?

I've quit smoking recently and I've noticed something a bit concerning. My mucus has these black strings and some faded red color in it. I'm just wondering, is this normal after stopping smoking? Should I be worried?

I'm really worried about this chronic cough I have, especially at night. It seems to be getting worse and causing some respiratory issues. Could it be related to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease? What should I be looking out for, and is there anything I can do to manage these symptoms better at home?
