I'm dealing with a dull pain in my chest that's been going on for about a week now. Just today, I started sneezing and have some thick, colorless mucus. I am a regular smoker, so I'm really wondering what's happening with my body right now. What should be my next move?

I'm really worried because I've had this persistent cough for around 20 days now, and in the mornings, it's even harder because I cough up a bit of blood. Should I be concerned about a serious health issue, or could it just be something related to the changing seasons?
Sputum for AFB and chest x-ray pa view is advised to the patient.

I'm really worried because every time I breathe in even a bit of dust, I end up with a cold and start wheezing. Is this something I should be concerned about? What could be causing this, and is there any way to prevent it?
Salbutamol inhaler and budesonide 200 sos is advised for breathing difficulty.
