I'm dealing with a fatty liver grade 2 or 3, and I'm wondering if it's reversible. I'm really eager to lose some weight and improve my condition. Could you suggest what steps I should take or if there's a specific diet I should follow? Would also love some advice on finding a good dietitian.

View allI've been taking Dulcoflex for about a month now to help with constipation, but I'm noticing some weird side effects. I'm going to the bathroom a lot more often and I'm always hungry, even after eating a big meal. I've also noticed I'm losing weight and there's some itching around the anal area. I've done a bunch of tests but everything comes back normal. Could you suggest what might be going on or recommend some medication that could help? I'm really worried about these symptoms.
The symptoms you're experiencing, such as high urination, excessive hunger, weight loss, and anal itching, despite normal test results, may be related to the laxative Dulcoflex (bisacodyl); consider stopping or reducing the medication and switching to a fiber supplement like Psyllium Husk or methylcellulose to manage constipation

I recently did an SGPT test, and the value came back as 64. My SGOT and GGT reports are normal, though. Is this something I should be worried about, or is it okay?
An SGPT level of 64 is slightly elevated, which may indicate some liver inflammation or damage. To help lower your SGPT levels, you can consider taking Ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA). Additionally, it is important to avoid alcohol, maintain a healthy weight, and follow a balanced diet rich in fruits and vegetables. Regular exercise can also help improve liver health.

I've been experiencing some unusual bloating in my stomach, especially around and above my belly button. Even a small amount of food makes me feel super full, which is strange because I've never had this problem before. I did have constipation a few months back, but it's not an issue now. I've noticed that my weight has slightly fluctuated toolike I'll gain a little after eating, but then lose it after going to the bathroom. The main thing is, my stomach just feels and looks really bloated. Any ideas on what might be going on?
