I'm dealing with a fever that goes up to 102.5 in the evenings and nights, but it disappears by morning. My blood report shows that my RBC, WBC, and platelets are normal. I've been taking some meds: Paracip 650, Cefix 200 DT, and Pantosec D, twice a day for the last couple of days. I felt fine during the day today, but now the fever's coming back. I'm also feeling a bit weak because of the fever. What should I do?

It seems like you may be experiencing a recurring fever despite taking the medications. Since your blood report shows normal levels of RBC, WBC, and platelets, the fever may be due to an underlying infection. I recommend adding an antibiotic like Azithromycin your current treatment regimen. Additionally, you can take a fever reducer like Crocin 650mg for relief from fever and weakness. Make sure to stay hydrated and get plenty of rest. If the fever persists or worsens, please follow up with your healthcare provider for further evaluation.

View allI'm really struggling to manage this viral fever. I've been having a hard time sleeping because of the body pain. Can you recommend which tablets might help with this? And do you have any tips on how to lower the fever?

I've been experiencing some chest pain for the past few days. It moves around - sometimes on the left side, other times on the right. I'm not sure if it's muscular pain or something related to my chest rib cage. I dont have any issues with breathing and there's no cough either. I've tried deep breathing to see if there's any discomfort, but it doesnt hurt when I do that. I had a chest X-ray just last month and everything looked fine. I do have a deficiency in Vitamin D and B12. Could this be related? What's your take on this?
Salbutamol inhaler and budesonide 200 sos is advised for breathing difficulty.

I'm really worried because I had a viral fever for about 5 days, hitting over 100 multiple times a day. It's been 10 days since my fever stopped, but I'm still feeling extremely weak day and night. Im constantly sleepy, and even walking around the house leaves me exhausted. Watching TV seems impossible because my eyes hurt and I feel drained. Can you tell me how I can overcome this weakness?
stay hydrated take proper nutrition
