I'm dealing with a fever that's been going on for two days now. The doctor mentioned it's viral, but I'm just wondering how long it'll usually take to get better. Would it be a few more days, or could it last longer?

I was put on ciprofloxacin and tradamol-paracetamol, and the fever's gone, but now I'm struggling with vomiting since this morning. The doctor gave me metoclopramide vominorm tablets, which helped a bit, but the vomiting kicked back in when I drank some water. Any suggestions on what I can do next? I got my blood tested today, and the result showed Widal s typhi H at 1:40. I'm in Africa, and the medical facilities here aren't great, so any advice would be helpful.
Hydration and small, frequent sips of water or oral rehydration solution (ORS) are crucial to prevent dehydration. Continue taking metoclopramide as prescribed for nausea and vomiting, but follow up with your doctor if vomiting persists. I'm currently on an antirabies vaccine schedule and was wondering if having a moderate amount of alcohol between the shots is safe. The vaccine consists of two doses, one on day zero and another on the third day. Are there any issues with drinking alcohol when it's not on the same day as getting the shot?

I've been having some swollen lymph nodes on the left side of my neck for about a month, and now I'm also noticing them on the right side. They're all at the back of my neck. I thought they'd go away, but they haven't and seem to be popping up in new spots. Now there are three in total. What should I do? Please help me out.
go to nearby surgeon, get it checked. if they are arising at different places , then do biopsy
