I'm dealing with a fissure and it's really uncomfortable. I'm wondering if surgery is the only way to fix it. Could you let me know if there are other options or if an operation is necessary?

I've been noticing that whenever I eat, it feels like the food isn't going down the right way and ends up in my windpipe. It's pretty uncomfortable, and I often get a burning feeling afterwards. I'm really concerned this might turn into aspiration pneumonia. What can I do to handle this? Would love some advice.

That could be GERD vist Gastroenterologist for evaluation and appropriate management.

I'm really struggling with this awful stomach pain and constant bloating. I was taking Digene and Rablet, and it worked for a bit, but then it just stopped being effective. Now I'm on Rablet IT and Asthymin, but there's still no relief. What's weird is that when I'm asleep, I don't have gas issues, but as soon as I wake up, it all starts again, and my whole stomach hurts. Drinking cold milk seems to help temporarily, but nothing else seems to work. What could be causing this, and is there anything else I should try?

I'm a bit concerned about my SGPT levels. Currently, it's at 44 UL. Is this within the normal range, or should I be worried about it being too high? I'd really appreciate some guidance on this.

Your SGPT level of 44 UL is slightly above the typical normal range, which is usually around 756 UL. However, it is still within a generally acceptable limit, but if you're experiencing any symptoms or concerns, its best to discuss this with your doctor for further evaluation.
