I'm dealing with a fungal infection and my doctor suggested I use KZ soap. I came across some negative reviews about it online and now I'm a bit worried. What should I do in this situation?

I've been dealing with dead skin on my penis foreskin for about a year now. There's a lot of itching and scratching in that area, and it's really uncomfortable. I've seen a skin specialist four times, and each time they've given me a different treatment. I've used Castellani's paint and AF 400 mg, then Daktar gel with AF 400 mg, and more recently, normal saline and Onabet for 15 days. But nothing's working, and I'm really worried. What do you think I should do next?

Since the previous treatments have not shown improvement, I recommend trying a combination of Clotrimazole cream (such as Canesten) twice daily on the affected area and taking Fluconazole 150 mg once a week for 4 weeks. Additionally, practicing good hygiene, keeping the area clean and dry, and avoiding irritants can also help in managing the condition.

I've been using this Surfaz SN cream for a while now, and it seemed to help at first, but the rashes keep coming back after a few days. This has been going on for 4 to 5 months now. I even took Fluka 150 after a chemist recommended it, but the issue hasn't fully resolved. Can you help me understand whats going on and how I can get rid of this problem for good?

I have two sebaceous cysts on my face and I'm not sure what to do about them. What are the treatment options available, and if surgery is needed, how much would it cost? I'm a bit worried about scarring or complications.

Sebaceous cyst treatment options range from observation to surgical removal, depending on the cyst's size, location, and whether it's causing pain or inflammation. Surgical removal, if needed, can be done through various techniques, with costs varying. Scarring and potential complications should be discussed with your doctor.
