I'm noticing a lot more hairfall lately, especially after I comb my hair once it's dry from shampooinglike, I lose about 400-500 strands because my hair gets tangled. On other days, it's still happening but not as bad, maybe around 50 strands. I try to stay healthy by drinking 3-4 liters of water a day and exercising for about an hour daily. Plus, I don't really eat much oily food. Is there something I might be missing or should be doing differently to help with this hairfall?

To strengthen your hair and reduce breakage, you can try using a hair growth supplement like Biotin. Additionally, using a gentle shampoo like Nizoral can help with hair fall due to entanglement. You can also apply Minoxidil solution on your scalp to promote hair growth. Make sure to follow the recommended dosage for each of these products.

I've noticed a pretty big red pimple under my left breast. It's turned dark now, and I've got a few smaller red pimples nearby. I'm really scared this might be something serious like breast cancer. I started exercising almost every day, but I'm not wearing a sports bra, just a regular tight one. Could the sweat and friction from that be causing these to show up under just one breast?

Don't worry, I'm here to help you figure out what might be going on. The symptoms you're describing - a red pimple under your left breast that's turned dark, with other small red pimples nearby - are unlikely to be breast cancer. Breast cancer typically presents as a lump or thickening in the breast tissue, not as pimples or skin lesions [1). That being said, it's always a good idea to get any new or changing skin symptoms checked out by a doctor. They can take a closer look and provide a proper diagnosis. As for the possible causes, sweat and friction from exercising and wearing a tight bra could definitely contribute to skin irritation and pimples in that area. This is especially likely if you're not wearing a sports bra that fits well and allows for good airflow

I'm really struggling with a stubborn verruca that just won't go away. I've tried all sorts of treatments like verruca gel and even duct tape, but nothing seems to work. Do you think I should see a doctor to have it removed? I'm starting to get worried.

I understand your frustration with the verruca not going away despite trying various treatments. In this case, it would be advisable to consult a doctor for further evaluation and treatment. They may prescribe stronger medications such as Salicylic acid solution or prescribe cryotherapy with liquid nitrogen to remove the verruca effectively.

Is it okay to use Grocapix solution? Are there any side effects I should be worried about? Will it actually help in stopping hair loss and maybe even help regrow the lost hair? I've been prescribed Androanagen tablets along with the Grocapix solution. I'm also wondering, if I stop using these, is it gonna lead to more hair fall like it happens with minoxidil?

continue same treatment.
