I'm a little worried about switching from isotretinoin capsules to tablets. My dermatologist started me on a 5-month isotretinoin course for moderate to severe acne, and I've been using Saferet 20 mg capsules for 2 months now. But my pharmacist now only has Saferet 20 mg in tablet form. Is there any difference between taking isotretinoin as capsules or tablets? Which one is more effective or better for me? Would love some guidance on this.

View allI've been noticing some darkness on my lips and I'm considering a chemical peel to lighten them up. I'm curious, does a chemical peel really help with lip pigmentation? If it does work, is the effect going to be permanent or just temporary? I'm just not sure if its worth going through the procedure if the results won't last. Can you tell me more about what to expect?

I accidentally drank hot water that was around 60 or 70 degrees. My lips and tongue got burned, and I still feel a burning sensation, but the color hasnt changed and there are no burn marks. My lips have started to recover a bit, but my tongue, especially the underside, still has severe issues. It's painful to eat. Is there any ointment or medication you recommend for my tongue?

I'm looking for some advice on a good brand of minoxidil solution that's available right now. Could you also explain how to use it properly? I've been hearing a lot about it for hair growth and just want to make sure I understand everything before starting.
