I'm dealing with a fungal infection on my butt and I've heard about using Onabet cream and Luliconazole cream. Do I need to use both of them for it to be effective, or would just one of them work fine? I want to make sure I'm treating it properly.

Using both Onabet cream (containing clotrimazole) and luliconazole cream together is not necessary, as both are antifungal medications; instead, use one cream as directed,

I'm a 25-year-old woman and I got diagnosed with acatricial alopecia. I've been on medication for the past 4 months and my doctor prescribed me tablets like Perfectil, Zempred 4 mg, Follihair, and Halox lotion. But even after taking all the meds right on time, I'm still seeing a lot of hair fall and my hair's just getting way thinner. I used to have really thick hair up until last year. Now I've got these really noticeable bald patches, about 34 of them. I'm really worried and don't know what to do next. Could you please advise me on what else I could try or look into?

It seems like you are already on a good treatment regimen for your condition. In addition to the medications you are currently taking, you can consider adding minoxidil solution to your treatment plan. Minoxidil is a commonly used medication for promoting hair growth and can be applied directly to the scalp. You can try using minoxidil solution twice daily as directed by your doctor. Additionally, make sure you are following a healthy diet rich in vitamins and minerals essential for hair growth, such as iron, biotin, and zinc. You can also try incorporating scalp massages and low-level light therapy into your routine to stimulate hair follicles. Remember to be patient as hair growth can take time, and it's important to continue with your current treatment plan while incorporating these additional measures. If you have any concerns or notice any adverse effects, consult with your doctor for further guidance.

I'm noticing some itching all over my body, and it's really intense, especially around my thighs and inner thighs. I'm also seeing some red bumps in those areas. What could be causing this, and should I be worried?

It sounds like you may be experiencing a case of fungal infection, such as jock itch. You can try using an over-the-counter antifungal cream like Lotrimin Ultra or Lamisil AT. Apply the cream to the affected areas twice a day for about 2 weeks. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry, and wear loose-fitting clothing to help with the itching and red bumps.
