I'm dealing with GERD issues and sometimes it feels like my breath gets stuck. To keep an eye on things, I've started using a pulse oximeter daily to check my oxygen level. But here's the thing, I'm getting some really weird readings. It starts at 98 or 99, but then after 20 to 30 seconds, it suddenly drops to numbers like 79, 89, or even 60, before going back up to 98 or 94. These abnormal readings only last for about 3 to 4 seconds. Other than this sensation like somethings stuck, I'm generally active and dont have other major issues. Should I be concerned about these fluctuating numbers, or is this normal with a pulse oximeter? What's going on?

View allI found out I have a 13.2 mm stone in my gallbladder and I'm not sure if I need surgery for it. Also, which type of doctor should I see for this would it be a urologist, gastroenterologist, or someone else?
For a gallbladder stone of 13.2 mm, it's best to consult with a general surgeon or a gastroenterologist, especially one with expertise in laparoscopic surgery. While you can have symptoms from a stone that size, the decision of whether or not to have surgery will depend on a few factors

I thought I might have hemorrhoids because I've been taking phentermine for weight loss and heard that could be a side effect. It started with my anus being swollen and painful during bowel movements, and it's been like this for over a week now. But just now, I noticed a green, booger-like discharge from my anus. I took a picture to get a better idea of what's happening, and it looks like there's a blister down there. It's really painful around the blister and the surrounding area. I'm a bit freaked out because it shouldnt be an STDIm married and was just tested not too long ago. There's only this one blister. It's red around the edges and white on top. I really don't know what's going on. Any advice?

My sister has been dealing with acid reflux for quite some time, and the doctor asked us to get her an endoscopy. Since yesterday, shes had a fever, lost her appetite, and is experiencing headaches. Could these symptoms be related to her acid reflux?
loss of appetite is related to gastritis ,bloating abdomen and fullness in the stomach are the symptoms of gastritis
