I'm dealing with gynecomastia and really want to reduce my male breasts but can't afford expensive surgery. Are there any doctor-free or low-cost options that actually work? I'm worried about this and need some practical advice

I've had this large lipoma that's been growing slowly over time, and while doctors say it's harmless, I'm really bothered by how it looks. I'm thinking about getting it removed surgically can you recommend a good hospital for this and give me an idea of the cost?

My nipples have been feeling hard and look bigger than usual, making my chest appear weird. There's also some hardness around the nipple area. Could this be gynecomastia? I'm curious about the surgery cost, recovery time, and any possible side effects. Also, since I work in IT, would the surgery cost be reimbursable? Any advice would be helpful.
