I'm dealing with hair loss and a bit of baldness, and I read somewhere that glutathione might help. Can you tell me if it's effective for this issue? Just want to know if it's worth trying out.

Glutathione is an antioxidant that is naturally produced in the body. While there is some anecdotal evidence suggesting that glutathione may have benefits for hair health, there is limited scientific research to support its effectiveness specifically for hair loss and baldness. It is always best to consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice on managing hair loss and baldness.

I'm noticing that my left index fingernail is turning kind of yellowish or orangish. Is this something I should be worried about? I do smoke weed and cigarettes a lot, and I usually drink alcohol on weekends. Could these habits be causing it?

Yellowish or orangish discoloration of the nails can be a sign of a fungal infection or staining from smoking. It is important to address the underlying cause. You can try using an antifungal nail lacquer like Ciclopirox (8% solution) or Amorolfine (5% solution) daily for several months to treat a fungal infection. Additionally, quitting smoking and reducing alcohol consumption can also help improve the health of your nails.

I've been using Skinlite cream for about 6 months now, and I'm trying to stop, but every time I do, my face gets darker, so I've started again but only twice a week. The thing is, my face is still gradually getting darker. I'm not sure what to do. I gave Melaglow a try for fairer skin, but it didn't really work for me, so I stopped using it. Can you suggest something that would actually help brighten my skin? I've got a darker skin tone and would appreciate any advice.

That needs weaning off of Skinlite cream and using alternates, better to see Dermatologist for appropriate help
