I'm dealing with hidradenitis suppurativa in my armpits, buttocks, sides, and pubic area. It all started when I was in Bangalore. Initially, I had these inflamed cysts under my arm that disappeared on their own, but then they reappeared and started draining. I saw a dermatologist in Bangalore for six months, but nothing really improved. I haven't sought any treatment since then, but now I'm searching for a good doctor in Delhi NCR who can help. Any advice or recommendations?

In your case, since the previous treatment did not show improvement, it is important to consult a dermatologist or a specialist in this field. In DelhiNCR, you can consider visiting a dermatologist at a reputed hospital or clinic such as AIIMS or Apollo Hospital. The doctor may prescribe medications like antibiotics (such as Clindamycin) to reduce inflammation and infection, retinoids (such as Isotretinoin) to help prevent new outbreaks, and corticosteroids for severe inflammation. In some cases, surgical intervention may be required to drain abscesses or remove affected tissue. It is important to follow the treatment plan as advised by the doctor for better management of the condition.

I've been taking doxycycline 100mg once a day for my acne, and I'm really curious if this could lead to any hair loss. Should I be concerned about this side effect?
Using doxycyclin to treat acne is generally safe for most people, but you should be aware of potential side effects like gastrointestinal issues, photosensitivity, and yeast infections. Make sure to follow your dermatologists instructions carefully and hairfall is less likely
