I'm having this pain that comes and goes around my chest and shoulder area, but it's mostly around my heart. I've been really stressed out these past couple of weeks and I'm worried about what it could be. I had an ECG and a chest X-ray done at a diagnostic center, and there were no issues found. I'm 28 years old and weigh 81 kilos. Could you suggest any medicine for pain relief, or do you think I should be looking into something else? I'm actually quite puzzled about what's going on.

I've been dealing with high blood pressure, like around 15080, for a bit now, and my doctors assistant put me on Stamlo 10mg twice a day. Over time, they gradually reduced it to 10mg once a day, then to 5mg, then 2.5mg, and finally half of 2.5mg because my BP stabilized. Now my doctor said I could stop taking the meds and just monitor my BP for a week. If it stays normal, I can stop the meds and just focus on a healthy lifestyle. But, if it goes up again, I might have to be on meds for life. Im worried about stopping the meds completelyis it safe to just stop like this? Could it have any serious effects on my health? What do you think?

I'm really worried because a couple of months ago, I had some chest pain and when they did an ECG, it showed slight ST elevation in V3 and V4. The cardiologist I saw said it wasnt heart-related, but just to be sure, he had me do a TMT, and that turned out negative. Now, I had chest pain again and went to the hospital. They did another ECG that showed sinus rhythm with sinus arrhythmia and ST elevation, possibly early repolarization with normally inflected T wave, and called it a borderline ECG. Should I be concerned about something serious going on here?
