I'm dealing with high uric acid levels, and my doctor had prescribed Zyloric and Maxgalin, which I used for three months. However, as soon as I stop taking the tablets, the problem comes back. I'm really worried and unsure about how to handle this. Do you have any advice on what I should do next or any long-term solutions?

Nightfall (3-4 times a month) may be caused by hormonal fluctuations, stress, sleep patterns, or dietlifestyle factors. To address this:

  1. Practice relaxation techniques (meditation, yoga)
  2. Establish a regular sleep schedule
  3. Exercise regularly
  4. Maintain a balanced diet
  5. Limit spicyheavy foods
  6. Stay hydrated
  7. Consider consulting a healthcare professional

Addressing underlying causes and adopting a healthy lifestyle can help reduce nightfall frequency and improve overall well-being.

I've been dealing with this chest pain since March last year. Initially, my doctor said it was costochondritis, and all my tests like X-rays and CT scans came back normal. But recently, whenever I do chest exercises or stretching, the pain gets worse. It's really starting to freak me out. Can someone explain why this is happening and when I might start feeling normal again?

Patient is advised tab aceclofenac 100 mg orally ,twice daily for 7 days ,physiotherapy and mild exercises.

I've been dealing with this strange issue where my fingers swell up at night. It's happened four times this month, and it's just the phalanges, not the whole finger. It starts with itching, then affects about 12 of these tiny finger bones at once, but on different fingers each time. There's no joint swelling or pain, just itching and a sense of tightness where it swells. It goes away by morning and there's no other symptoms alongside it. Should I be worried or get this checked out?

I'm 30 and have been dealing with ankylosing spondylitis since June 2020, with a positive HLA-B27 test. I really want to avoid my vertebrae fusing together but don't want to rely on medicines. Can exercises, physiotherapy, or other therapies help prevent fusion? If fusion does happen, can it be reversed with therapy or will I need surgery? I can handle the pain but the idea of my spine or neck fusing scares me. How long does fusion usually take if it happens? Any advice would mean a lot.

A combination of medicines and exercise will be the best way forward. Taken alone neither will help completely.
