I'm dealing with increasing uric acid levels, and it's causing me a lot of discomfort in my wrists, knees, and feetthey're getting swollen and quite painful. Im a vegetarian and not overweight, and I drink alcohol occasionally but dont smoke. Can you suggest some healthy ways to lower my uric acid levels?

View allI'm 30 and have been dealing with ankylosing spondylitis since June 2020, with a positive HLA-B27 test. I really want to avoid my vertebrae fusing together but don't want to rely on medicines. Can exercises, physiotherapy, or other therapies help prevent fusion? If fusion does happen, can it be reversed with therapy or will I need surgery? I can handle the pain but the idea of my spine or neck fusing scares me. How long does fusion usually take if it happens? Any advice would mean a lot.
A combination of medicines and exercise will be the best way forward. Taken alone neither will help completely.

I'm a bit concerned because my C-reactive protein is at 75. I'm wondering if I should be taking medication for this, or if regular exercise might help? Could you please give me some advice on what would be best?
Regular exercises,salt restricted diet , alcohol cessation is also advised to the patient.. AN ecg,cardiac enzymes is also advised.

I'm a bit worried about my serum uric acid level, I recently had a test and it came back as 8.5. Is this something I should be concerned about? Also, could you recommend any medicine or treatment options to help with this?
Yes thats high and can lead to gout,visit General physician for appropriate management and also consume low purine diet
