I'm dealing with an infection on my penis, and there's noticeable redness. I've already seen a dermatologist who advised me to take 500 mg of valacyclovir twice a day and use Fusidic Acid cream, but I've been on this treatment for a week now and I still don't see any improvement. Can you help me understand what kind of infection this could be and if there's anything else I should be doing? I'm getting quite concerned.

View allI've been really worried because a few days ago, I had unprotected sex with a girl who was on her period, and now I'm experiencing some symptoms like needing to pee urgently, frequently going in small amounts, and it burns when I do. Does this mean I might have HIV? It was only vaginal sex and I did finish a bit inside. Could you tell me what the chances are of having contracted HIV?

I keep leaking urine when I exercise, dance, or even sneeze and it's really bothering me. Is this something that can be fixed with medication or would I need surgery? It's making me super uncomfortable and I'm not sure what to do about it

I've been dealing with premature ejaculation and it's really starting to get to me. I'm looking for some advice on how I can manage this. Do you have any suggestions on what might help?
Premature ejaculation can be managed through a combination of lifestyle changes, counseling, and medical treatments. Techniques such as the "start-stop" method, pelvic exercises (Kegel exercises), and, if necessary, medications like SSRIs can be helpful. Consulting a healthcare provider for a personalized plan would be a good next step.
