I'm dealing with internal hemorrhoids and had rubber band ligation done about twenty days ago for three of them. I'm still experiencing some bleeding. Is this normal? Could you please let me know what medication might help with this?

I'm really worried because I accidentally drank lemon juice from a copper vessel this morning, and it made me vomit. Even after having lunch, I'm still not feeling great inside. Could this be something serious? Should I be concerned about any long-term effects or do you have any advice on what I should do next?

No problem take antacid and ondensetron, take time consume liquids for today you will be fine.

I'm experiencing this strange sensation like something is crawling in my anus, but I can't see any worms or anything visible. This usually happens after I use the toilet and if I've been using the water pipe a lot. Could it possibly be some kind of infection from the water? There's no itching, just an uncomfortable and weird feeling like something's crawling inside. What could this be?

Possible helminthic infection. I recommend taking a single dose of Albendazole 400mg tablet to treat the possible infection. Additionally, maintaining good hygiene practices, such as washing hands frequently and keeping the anal area clean, can help prevent reinfection. If symptoms persist, consult a healthcare provider for further evaluation and management.

I've been feeling this heaviness and tightness on the left side of my chest for over a month now. It all started after eating some oily food. In the mornings, when my stomach is empty, I feel fine, but after breakfast, the heaviness kicks in, though it's not always persistent. Sometimes, I feel normal again. Can you help me figure out what's going on and suggest any treatments or medications? I'm getting a bit concerned.

Chest heaviness and tightness, especially after consuming oily food, may indicate gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), acid reflux, or dyspepsia; consider consulting a gastroenterologist
