I'm dealing with internal hemorrhoids and had rubber band ligation done about twenty days ago for three of them. I'm still experiencing some bleeding. Is this normal? Could you please let me know what medication might help with this?

I've been dealing with jaundice for the past two months, and I just can't seem to shake it off. My s. bilirubin count is currently at 1.8, but it was 1.4 just last week, so it keeps fluctuating. I was also diagnosed with a fatty liver, grade 2, and I'm not sure what the best way forward is. I'm 22 years old, weighing in at 94kg, and I'm not a drinker. I've cut out dairy and oily foods for two months now, but nothing's changed. Is there still a chance for me to recover completely? What's the best thing for me to do?

your persistent jaundice, fluctuating bilirubin levels, and fatty liver diagnosis, and they may recommend lifestyle modifications, such as increasing physical activity to aid weight loss, adopting a balanced diet with fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, and limiting sugary drinks and processed foods, as well as medications like ursodeoxycholic acid or vitamin E to help manage fatty liver and jaundice

I've been recovering from COVID, and it's been over 35 days since I got my first positive test. Lately, I've been experiencing this dull chest pain that comes and goes on its own. There's also this burning pain mostly on the left side of my chest. I've been taking treatment for GERD for the last 10 days with pantop d 40mg once a day, but it doesn't seem to be helping. Could you offer some guidance on what might be going on or suggest what I should do next?

It sounds like you may be experiencing persistent chest pain and symptoms of GERD despite taking Pantop D 40mg once a day. In this case, you can try adding an antacid like **Ranitidine 150mg** twice a day before meals to help with the burning chest pain. Additionally, you can try **Sucralfate** suspension 1-2 teaspoons four times a day to help coat and protect the lining of your stomach. Make sure to continue following up with your healthcare provider for further evaluation and management of your symptoms.
