I found out I have a partially distended gallbladder with multiple stones, the biggest being 19mm, and diffuse wall thickening in the neck and body. My liver shows grade 1 fatty infiltration but other reports and LFT are fine except slightly high SGPT. I'm really scared of surgery what other options do I have?
