I've been feeling kind of worried since yesterday. I was spray painting my bathroom cabinet for around 5 to 10 minutes, and I didn't use a mask. A friend gave me some cough drops which helped a bit, but I'm concerned if I should just wait it out a few more days or if it's necessary to head to the hospital. What do you think?
