I'm dealing with jock itch that originally cleared up with miconazole cream, but now it's left me with these annoying dark patches. The issue is whenever I sweat, the jock itch seems to flare up again. The dark patches turn red and swollen. What can I do to keep this from happening all the time? It's really frustrating.

I'm really frustrated with this recurring issue. Can you please tell me if there's a permanent solution to get rid of it for good?
