I'm dealing with a keloid on my chest that has started to form pus, and it's really painful. Can you recommend any good antibacterial creams that might help with this?

Pus formation in a keloid can be a sign of infection, which requires prompt attention. While I can suggest some antibacterial creams, please consult a doctor or dermatologist for proper evaluation and guidance.

I recently had an accident and got some wounds on my hands. My doctor mentioned using fusee ointment, but I'm not sure how long I should continue applying it. Are there any other treatments or recommendations to help prevent scars from forming? I'm pretty worried about this whole situation and could really use some guidance.
