I'm dealing with kidney stones in both kidneys, each about 34 mm, and I'm experiencing severe pain in my left flank and back. I tried taking Drotin, but it didn't help. The stones are in the upper pole of my left kidney. What should I do next? Any advice would be appreciated!

Most kidney stones won't require invasive treatment. You may be able to pass a small stone by:
Drinking water. Drinking as much as 2 to 3 liters a day may help flush out your urinary system. Unless your doctor tells you otherwise, drink enough fluid mostly water to produce clear or nearly clear urine....Pain relievers. Passing a small stone can cause some discomfort.

View allI have a frequent urine problem and consulted a urologist who prescribed me Pyridium, Urispas, and Alkasol syrup. After checking my urine report, he said my urine pipe is slightly shrunk and recommended surgery, but I don't want to go for it. I'm also taking Cantharis 30. Are these medicines okay or should I try something else?

Is it too big to pass by itself or do I have other options besides surgery? Dealing with a 7.1 mm stone in my right VJU calculus. How likely is it to pass without needing an operation?
Yes possible, but you can only wait if you don’t have intense pain, vomiting, fever and decreased kidney function. You can try Cap. Tamfil S once a day for 7 days. Filter urine for stone. If is doesn’t come out, then you need a ureteroscopy
