I'm dealing with lichen planus pigmentosus on my underarms and inner thighs and it's starting to spread. I'm really concerned about how to actually address these marks and what the best treatment options are for lichen planus. Can you help me understand how I can stop it from spreading and get rid of these brown marks?

Lichen planus pigmentosus (LPP) can be challenging to treat, but various options are available.
Treatment Options
- Topical corticosteroids: Reduce inflammation and slow down the spread.
- Topical retinoids: Help reduce pigmentation and prevent further darkening.
- Hydroquinone creams: Fade brown marks and hyperpigmentation.
- Chemical peels: Exfoliate the skin, reducing pigmentation.
- Laser therapy: Targeted treatment to reduce pigmentation and inflammation.
Preventing Spreading
- Avoid scratching: Scratching can cause further inflammation and spreading.
- Keep the area moisturized: Dry skin can exacerbate LPP.
- Avoid irritants: Steer clear of harsh soaps, detergents, and fragrances.
Fading Brown Marks
- Sun protection: Avoid prolonged sun exposure, and use sunscreen with at least SPF 30.
- Skin-lightening creams: Containing ingredients like hydroquinone, kojic acid, or azelaic acid.
- Chemical peels and laser therapy: Can help reduce pigmentations

View allI've been dealing with syringomas under my eyes, and I'm getting pretty frustrated. I've tried RF treatments before, but they didn't work. I recently went for RF microneedling, hoping for at least a small improvement, but still nothing. I'm really looking for an effective solution to finally get rid of these syringomas. What would you recommend?

I've been noticing these round, dark brown spots appearing on both my armpits. They don't itch, but they seem to be spreading gradually. Could you let me know what this might be and recommend any good treatments? I'm a bit concerned.

I've been having this weird sensation where it feels like ants are biting me all over my body, especially when I start working out or if I'm standing in the sunlight. My skin starts releasing this white, hair-thin substance from the pores, turns reddish, and it's almost unbearable for me to be in the sun or exercise in the winter. Any ideas on what might be causing this?
