I'm noticing something that looks like perioral dermatitis around my mouth and chin. The only change in my life recently is that I moved to a new place with really hard water. Could the water be causing this? Also, I tried using lotion but it just made things flakier and scalier. I even used a prescription steroid cream and that didnt seem to work either.
