I'm dealing with a lot of phlegm in my throat and lungs, which is making me cough a lot. I recently had laser fissurectomy and haemorrhoidopexy, and I'm already taking a lot of antibiotics. Every time I cough, it hurts, especially near the surgery area. I've been using Syp. Ascoril LS, 5ml three times a day for the past three days, and while it's helped a bit, I'm not completely better yet. Do you have any suggestions for a syrup that can help clear the phlegm and ease the cough without causing more pain?

View allI've been having stomach burning and gas issues, so I got an abdominal ultrasound that showed gallbladder polyps. Is there any homeopathy medicine that can help with this without needing surgery?
No. Some kinds of polyps do, but not gallbladder polyps. They are more likely to grow over time in both size and numbers. There is no way to remove them without surgery.

I have a 12.5 mm gallstone and fatty liver do I need surgery right away or are there other options I can try first?
A 12.5 mm gallstone and fatty liver may or may not require immediate surgery. The need for surgery depends on whether the gallstone is causing symptoms, and the severity of the fatty liver. If the gallstone is causing symptoms like abdominal pain, nausea, or digestive issues, surgery might be recommended. The fatty liver should also be evaluated, as its severity influences the surgical risk
