I'm dealing with a lot of phlegm in my throat and lungs, which is making me cough a lot. I recently had laser fissurectomy and haemorrhoidopexy, and I'm already taking a lot of antibiotics. Every time I cough, it hurts, especially near the surgery area. I've been using Syp. Ascoril LS, 5ml three times a day for the past three days, and while it's helped a bit, I'm not completely better yet. Do you have any suggestions for a syrup that can help clear the phlegm and ease the cough without causing more pain?

View allI'm a bit concerned about something I've noticed with my chest area. On the left side, where my ribs are, it seems more distended compared to the right side, especially after I eat. It's often linked with gas or indigestion, but there's no pain, and it doesn't happen every timeit just catches my attention when it does. Sometimes, I can even hear what sounds like my rib rubbing or adjusting. Does this sound like something I should be worried about?

I'm a bit concerned about my liver function test results. My SGOT level is 50 IUL and my SGPT level is 78 IUL. Could you explain what these numbers mean and what I should do next?
Your liver function test results show mildly elevated SGOT (50 IUL) and SGPT (78 IUL) levels, indicating potential liver stress or damage

I've been feeling really bloated and full in my stomach lately, and there's this weird pulsating sensation in my abdomen. It's been hard to pass stool normally too, I only manage very little once a day. I tried taking Pan40 antacid, but it didn't seem to help. Do you have any advice on what else I could do or take to feel better?
-ounds like you might be experiencing symptoms of indigestion, constipation, or possibly bloating related to your digestive system. Since Pan40 didn't provide relief, it might be worth trying a stool softener or a mild laxative like Dulcolax or Lactulose
