I'm dealing with a lot of pimples all over my body, and there's a ton of itching. My blood test showed an IgE level of 1600. I'm really not sure what step to take next. Any guidance would be appreciated!

it is high ige , avoid the things which you are allergic to . if too much itching take tablet. citrizen

Over winter, I've noticed my skin tends to get a darker shade, even though I've usually got a fair skin tone. What do you think might be causing this? Plus, my skin gets pretty dry around this time.
