I'm dealing with macular amyloidosis and I've tried a bunch of treatments but they're not really working. It's actually spreading to my back, neck, legs, and hands. Can you suggest something that might actually help?

I've been wondering if I should shave my pubic hair. Im also experiencing quite a lot of itching down there. Could this be related to the pubic hair, or is it something else?
could be due to irritation from shaving, ingrown hairs, skin conditions, fungal infections, or even STIs. Its essential to pay attention to any other symptoms and consider adjusting your hygiene routine, or giving shaving a break if its causing irritation.

I recently had stents placed in both my ureters and they were there for a week after my RIRS procedure. After the stents were removed, I tried to masturbate after a couple of days because I felt the urge, but I ended up having this weird experience where it felt like sperm was coming out but nothing actually did; it was just dry. Should I be worried about this or is it something that can happen?
After stent removal, it's normal to experience temporary changes in ejaculation, and the "dry" sensation could be due to inflammation, scarring, or residual swelling, so consult your urologist to rule out any complications or blockages
