I'm dealing with macular amyloidosis and I've tried a bunch of treatments but they're not really working. It's actually spreading to my back, neck, legs, and hands. Can you suggest something that might actually help?

I'm really struggling with dandruff and I've even started getting small wounds on my scalp. I actually saw a dermatologist about a year ago, and they told me to use this lotion at night I can't remember the name and wash my hair with Kenz Sal shampoo. It helped for a bit but now the problem is back. What should I do about this issue?

Minoxidil 5. for local application ,once daily for 3-6 weeks is advised, tab follihair once ,daily for 3-6 weeks is advised to the patient.

I've been dealing with Tinea Cruris near my crotch, and it's finally cured, but before I saw a dermatologist, someone advised me to use Betnovate. Now, I've noticed that it's caused some thinning of my skin. Is there anything I can do to help with that?

Betnovate (betamethasone) can cause skin thinning (atrophy) with prolonged use. _Reversing Skin Thinning_ 1. _Stop using Betnovate_: Discontinue use to prevent further skin thinning. 2. _Moisturize_: Use gentle, fragrance-free moisturizers to hydrate the skin. 3. _Topical creams_: Apply creams containing hyaluronic acid, ceramides, or niacinamide to help restore skin thickness. 4. _Avoid further irritation_: Refrain from scratching or using harsh products on the affected area. 5. _Consult a dermatologist_: Schedule a follow-up appointment to monitor progress and adjust treatment if necessary.
