I'm dealing with Malaria Plasmodium Falciparum again, the second time in just two months, and now it's turning into a bit of a malaria problem. On top of that, I've got Salmonella Typhoid with OD 1320, Salm. Typh. OA 1160, Salm. Ptyph. OB 1160, and Salm. Typh. HD 1160. My lymphocyte count is really low, at just 3.0, with the reference being 2040. Is taking Ciproflaxin 500mg twice a day for 7 days going to be enough for this? I live in Nigeria, so this is quite a concern for me. Would really appreciate any advice.

So, I've been with my wife for two years now, and we got married in May 2015. We started off using condoms, but for the past few months, at least three I think, we've stopped using them. Both of us got tested for HIV and the results were non-reactive, which was done on May 23, 2016. This was after at least three months of having unprotected sex. The test we did is the ECLIA Cobas e411 Roche. Do you think there's any need to redo the HIV test, or is it fine as long as we're both staying loyal to each other? Is the test we have already sufficient?

I'm really worried about my mother. She's had this swelling on her neck for about four months now, and while it doesn't hurt or irritate her, it's gotten bigger. We've done a bunch of tests, including something called an FNAC, and found out it's a gland from TB. Shes been on TB treatment for three months, but she's started feeling pain because now there's pus in that node. The doctor has already removed the pus twice this month, but the swelling doesn't seem to be getting any better, and now she has a fever that goes up to between 100 and 101 in the evening. Plus, she's lost her appetite and only manages to eat 1 or 2 chapatis per meal. I'm starting to wonder if she might need surgery to get rid of the pus completely. If that's the case, what kind of procedure would it involve?
