I'm dealing with a mild disc bulge at the L5S1 level and kind of confused about which specialist to see. Should I go to an orthopedic doctor or a neurosurgeon for this? Any advice would be really appreciated.

For a mild disc bulge at the L5-S1 level, it's recommended to consult an Orthopedic Doctor (Orthopedic Spine Specialist) initially, as they can assess and manage most spinal conditions, including disc bulges; if surgery is required or if there are neurological concerns, your orthopedic doctor may refer you to a Neurosurgeon for further evaluation and treatment.

View allMy left elbow had surgery with a plate inserted two months ago but I still can't rotate my hand properly and have flexibility issues. I'm doing wax mobilization but what else can I do to recover faster?
To recover faster from your elbow surgery, continue with your current wax mobilization and incorporate a more comprehensive physical therapy plan. This should include exercises to improve range of motion, gentle stretching, and strengthening exercises for the muscles around the elbow and forearm.

I had ACL reconstruction with a hamstring autograft where they used a bioabsorbable screw on the tibial side and an endobutton on the femoral side I read that endobuttons are made of titanium and some studies say titanium might weaken the immune system or even cause cancer Is it possible to remove the endobutton later and is it really safe to keep it in long-term

I've been dealing with this pain in my left hand that goes from my shoulder down to my palm for about three days now. Sometimes my palm swells up too. Is this something I should be worried about or is it likely just a strain? What could be causing this and what should I do?
