Can you suggest non-surgical treatments for an ACL tear I really want to avoid surgery if possible and explore other options

My recent MRI showed a 15x12 mm multiseptated cystic lesion in the back of my left knee. Is there any way to treat this without surgery? The report is attached what do you recommend?
