I'm dealing with a mild dry cough for the past couple of days and I'm trying to decide between taking Odimont FX or Odimont LC. Can you help me understand the difference between these two medications and which might be better for my situation?

I'm a bit worried about a cat bite I got recently. Can you tell me how long the anti-rabies vaccination stays effective? And is it necessary to get a tetanus shot after a cat bite too? I've had some vaccinations before, but I'm not sure if I'm still covered. Would love your thoughts on this.

A full course of Rabies vaccination may provide protection for upto 5 years. Estimation of anti-rabies antibody level in the blood may help in this regard. A single booster dose of rabies vaccine once a year for those at high risk is harmless and may provide adequate protection. Tetanus vaccine is needed when there is open wound. But a single booster dose can be protective for upto 5 years.

I'm really worried because I've been having a fever, headache, vomiting, and chills since yesterday. I'm thinking it might be food poisoning from eating out or maybe it's malaria. Can you suggest what I should do, or recommend a good doctor around Tilak Nagar, Delhi?
